Grow U: Imagination Station Science Center (Toledo Ohio)
Our Role: Turnkey Design - Build

Nationwide Children's Hospital: Themed Hospitality (Columbus Ohio)
Our Role: Design Study Model, Sculpted Elements and Displays, Show Control Hardware, Media Integration, Decorative Niches
The Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus Ohio has gone to great lengths to offer their guests a unique, pleasant distraction from illness or injury. Adorable forest creatures, soaring trees, birds in mid-flight and soothing nature sounds work in unison to provide a morale boost for children of all ages. The theme is carried throughout the hospital as a back drop to the great care provided.
A 19 foot tall wishing tree, magical mushroom with glowing cap, kid crawl burrow, various small scale animal friends and decorative built in wall niches are a few of the elements produced for the hospital by LifeFormations. The most remarkable, however, are the six 30 foot tall trees.
We started by producing a series of study models or maquettes for representatives of the Hospital's Design and Construction team to review. Once approved, the 30 inch miniature trees became 30 feet tall in final form. Below is a time lapse video of our crew installing the trees.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium: Museum (Baltimore Maryland)
Our Role: Turnkey Design - Build
Stan Monroe is a unique sculptor. His material of choice; toothpicks. Using over 3.5 million toothpicks, Stan constructed over 40 of the world's most famous buildings at 1:164 scale. This collection is the focal point of one of the exhibits at Ripley's new Odditorium in Baltimore.
We were presented with a 600 square foot blank canvas of space, 40 toothpick buildings and very clear instructions; design an interactive display for the buildings that their guests would love.
We were also charged with design and production of a display on unique world currency - The Vault!
Our contributions extended into other ares of the museum as well. The main lobby, a few smaller scale features and - oh yeah - the bathrooms. Believe it or Not, Ripley's wanted the guest's experience to continue into their restrooms. You'll have to visit their new museum to experience it yourself!
